Swagelok® Process Pressure Regulators Get a New Design

Swagelok is updating its process pressure regulators with pilot valves. The new design will be introduced starting November 2, 2026.

In the new design:

• The pilot regulator is connected to the process pressure regulator using threaded ISO/BSP parallel connections instead of welding.
• The pilot regulator orientation will change and will now be located above the process regulator, creating a more compact design.

These enhancements streamline the manufacturing process, improve product consistency, and provide a regulator that is easier to handle during installation and service. This change will not impact any product ratings.

 The updated regulator provides equivalent functional performance for its intended applications.
