Tube Fitting Installation and tube bending Essentials (8h)
The objective of the Tube Fitting Installation and tube bending Essentials is to introduce the participants proper fittings installation and component selections. In addition, the course includes training in maintenance and problem solving to increase system reliability and efficiency.
The Basics of Tube Bending section provides participants with adequate understanding and knowledge of the "measure and bend" tube bending method. The training will utilize the Swagelok tube bender and each participant will do a practical exercise at 45-, 90- and 180-degree angles, utilizing various calculations in tube bending.

• Proper fitting installation
• Thread basics and installation
This training is intended for technicians, maintenance and installation personnel who need in-depth knowledge and hands-on exercises in both pipe bending theory and practice.
